"Kabuki Delicias Japonesas" stands out as a delightful Japanese restaurant nestled in the heart of Tequisquiapan, San Luis Potosí. With a solid reputation among locals, it offers a vibrant menu that captures the essence of Japanese cuisine, from delectable sushi rolls to savory ramen. Customer sentiments vary, reflecting a rich tapestry of experiences.
Many diners laud the restaurant for its excellent flavors and affordable prices. One reviewer raves about the octopus skewers drizzled with a red wine reduction, a true testament to the chef's culinary prowess. However, while the culinary offerings shine, service experiences seem mixed. Some patrons, like Carlos Jimenez, express disappointment in encountering hygiene issues coupled with a lack of acknowledgment from the staff. Yet, others, such as Kary M. and Gustavo Rmz Aguilera, praise the friendly service, suggesting the restaurant strives for a welcoming atmosphere.
Despite some service shortcomings, "Kabuki Delicias Japonesas" continues to entice with its flavorful dishes and vibrant ambiance, making it a commendable stop for anyone craving authentic Japanese cuisine. The restaurant surely has potential, and paying attention to customer feedback could elevate it to new heights.

Without a doubt one of my favorite restaurants. However, today one of my dishes came out with a hair. What surprises me is the way the waiters act so naturally... they don't apologize, nothing... as if nothing happened! I am a frequent customer, tell us 1 to 2 times a month I come regularly. The truth is, if it were my establishment, I wouldn't be embarrassed by a situation like this, the least I would expect would be an apology... be careful with hygiene and the use of caps.

Excellent flavor and service. I recommend anything with the chef's badge. I especially tried the octopus skewers with a red wine reduction, which were delicious. The only thing I could fault was the ramen noodles; they were very thin.

Original location of the Kabuki Japanese food restaurant chain, located on Mariano Arista Street a few meters from the Tequisquiapan Garden. It is one of the brand's multiple locations in the city (Avenida Hernan Cortes, Cordillera de los Alpes, Plaza Alia, Plaza Sendero), although it was originally located on the opposite sidewalk where the Picanha sword restaurant is now located. The business is inside a beautiful old house in the Historic Center of San Luis Potosi, with the characteristic quarry, blacksmith shop and details of the original buildings of the city. The interior is spacious and has two levels. Likewise, the interior design and wall decorations are allusive to the culture of the Japanese country. The menu is extensive and varied, the portions seem correct to me and the prices are surprisingly low compared to other businesses of its type (Shiroi-Ie, Sushi Roll, Michiko, etc.). The most important thing, the flavor, is good. Every dish we have consumed is delicious. The service, while good, has moments of inattention and high waiting times when there is a greater influx of diners. They have food promotions. In particular, the 3x2 offer on makis is striking. Since you only have to order one of the traditional rolls, and the other two can be breaded or special. In general it is my favorite Japanese food restaurant, although the nostalgia factor may have something to do with it. In it you will find a traditional restaurant experience, different from the current trend of businesses with omakase service (Dakima, Biwa Sushi Bar, Umi Kumo, etc.). Excellent.

Pleasant experience. The service was very attentive, fast and comfortable, the waiters were very friendly and the food was good. Although I was a little far away, I would return.
